That and one of the supports had been sent out with the coating on it having been stuck to somthing before it was dried and it was all lumpy, decided they were not for us had problems getting them to agree a return, trying to offer discounts multible times even though had made clear goods not suitable.We had to pay for return even though one of them was falty cost us nearlt £100 (we had ordered 6 chairs and 2 bar stools to match, so had 5 large boxes to return) . Then when they refunded money they gave us £3 less than we had paid. ?!! The seat padding feels a little lacking, it's firm on the bum generally, and where I have been sitting working on one chair more than the others it is starting to lose shape and flatten already.
The diamond thread design looks great but has started to come away a little on one chair.
